Welcome to Riverview Regional Medical Center! We are pleased that you have chosen us for your clinical experience. We are committed to providing the best in patient care and to providing students with experiences that will enable them to achieve their clinical goals. To ensure the safety of our patients, as well as the safety of the student, we require that you complete the following process.

1. Click on the Riverview Regional Medical Center Student Orientation Manual. Read the manual, ensuring that you understand all portions of the manual. If you have questions, now or at any time during your clinical experience, please do not hesitate to contact me.
2. Click on the Student-Instructor Profile form. Print the form and complete it according to the directions.
3. Submit the completed Student-Instructor Profile and the clinical rotation schedule to me via email or fax at least two weeks in advance of the first clinical date. Students or instructors who have not completed the process or who are lacking documentation requirements will not be allowed to proceed with clinical at Riverview Regional Medical Center.
