Weight, BMI, Cholesterol, Glucose, PAD Screening, EKG, Blood Pressure, Nurse Consultation/Review of results, Cardiac Nutrition, Hand Only CPR, Smoking Cessation, Physical Consultation (if warranted), Preventatives On Site From: The Sleep Lab, Pharmacy, and Physical Therapy
